Cottage cheese for a spring breakfast




When you want to eat something tasty and healthy but you have only 15 minutes for breakfast, I have one interesting proposition. Today me and my husband decided to eat cottage cheese. Personally, I really like this cheese but without any fruits or vegetables this food is very boring. We prefer add some vegetables like:
radish, chives, tomato or cucumber.


At first we must chop all vegetables. Then put them  in a bowl and  add one big box of cottage cheese (about 450 grams) and mix all together. Then salt and pepper will be very useful because this mixture needs some seasoning. Et voila! The cottage cheese is ready. With a slice of fresh bread it will be very tasty.  You can even take it in a small box and eat during a break in work.



P.S. My favourite vegetable that I can eat every day during spring is low-salt cucumber. It’s  a cucumber pickled only for few days, less sour than traditional polish pickled cucumber. This cucumber with radish and cottage cheese is very tasty :)
