Cheesecake with strawberries

It was the first cheesecake with strawberries in this summer season that I decided to prepare in my kitchen. I’m allergic to strawberries but I really like this sweet, juicy fruit. This is the best moment to buy and try to introduce fresh fruits and vegetables in our diet. How you can prepare this cheesecake?
It’s very easy.

You will need:
1 box of butter biscuits (about 250-300 g) crushed to crumbs
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 table spoon of butter
1 ready cheesecake filling (193g)
500 ml of milk
About 1 kg of strawberries

Mix crushed biscuits with butter, peanut butter and put them into the tin. Make the filling: place milk and ready cheesecake filling into a bowl, then mix with an electric mixer. Put the cream onto the biscuit base and strawberries on the top. Leave to set in the fridge.

  1. I would love to try your recipe but I have to make sure I understand the ingredients: can you explain in greater detail what you mean by 'ready cheesecake filling (193g)'? Is it some kind of an instant powdered thing? or maybe you use the so-called ready mashed cottage cheese (masa sernikowa) in jars? Another question: should the milk be hot or cold, skimmed or fat? And finally: don't you put any jelly on top of your strawberries? That's what it looks like in your photos. Anyway: looks delicious, just like all your recipies, actually. ;-)))
